Well, I HAVE Been to Nashville in the Fall

This is but a few miles from where I have been living.

Now for some of the updates I mentioned earlier.  Last week I had the privilege of getting to go to the Country Music Hall of Fame Benefit for free.  It was incredible.  I'll let the pictures tell the story:

 In other recent news, I went to Atlanta this past weekend to visit Uncle Victor and Aunt Dewey for Uncle Victor's 70th (goodness!) birthday party.

In other news, I just finally bought Owl City's newest record, "Ocean Eyes" and I am pretty much addicted.  Matt Thiessen is good friends with Adam Young (who IS Owl City, he does everything himself) however Matt collaborated on a few tracks of the album with him.  It's fantastic.  I also bought Sherwood's "Qu" (great, chill music), and the new Deas Vail, "Birds and Cages" I got from work. It releases next week (also fantastic and has a song featuring Matty T). He gets around! I'm just in love with his voice so I love anything that he helps out with.

The Relient K Show last week was as always, very wonderful.  Here are a few pics:

Teaser...

Howdy blog-world!

I can't believe it has been literally about 3 weeks since I updated.  I have been trying to be diligent-ish and blog about 2 times a week, but literally I have been so busy I have been putting it off.  So many photos I must share with you over what has happened!  Let me just give you a teaser of what I will blog about soon and what some big events are that have happened:

-Oct 3rd Elaine and Josh (good friends of mine from college) got married in San Antonio so I had a quick trip back home to Texas
-Oct. 6th Relient K's album Forget and Not Slow Down FINALLY released.  It.is.incredible.
-Oct. 7th-10th was Next Big Nashville (NBN) that I attended with Valerie.  Basically it is a 4 day-16 venue-200+ artist showcase.  It was a blast.
-Oct. 11th I attended my 5th Relient K show.  It was epic.  The volume of happiness that I experience at one of their shows is equivalent to how much fun I have country dancing (probably actually more), but whatever my brain releases during both of those activities is exactly the same because the euphoria that rushes over me is actually indescribably numbing...no exaggeration---just ask Rachel Blythe my new good friend up here.
-I've started attending a Bible study on Tuesday nights called Kairos that is very similar to Breakaway
-Last week I started a Bible study of a book called Crazy Love through Brentwood Baptist.
-Oct. 16th-18th I went to Atlanta to visit the Kramers (Uncle Victor/Aunt Dewey, Jerome/Sarah/Sarah/kiddos).

Those are the highlights to look forward to.  I still have to put more photos on my computer, but here is a teaser.  Most have probably already seen this.
